#ProjectSerf is a collaboration between two local Sheboygan photographers, Jon Erlien and Tyler Feld. We’ve both felt for a long time that the local surf scene hasn’t been getting the love it needs visually. With that feeling, we’ve set out to document the scene here and we’ve called this #ProjectSerf. We know Serf is misspelled. That was intentional. Follow the hash tag #ProjectSerf on social media and you’ll only see our work... Clever, right!?!
Sheboygan, WI or better known as the “Malibu of the Midwest” is one of the top 5 places to surf in the Midwest and we want people to know how awesome our locals are and how amazing the surf is. Surfers come from all over to Sheboygan just for the surf. We’ve met people from Oklahoma, Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota and California who come to Sheboygan just for the surf.
Our goal. Continue to generate compelling photography that will inspire others to explore, enjoy and connect with the water.
